1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all travel consulting services offered via www.desiree-frei.ch. All services are provided based on these terms.

2. Services

I offer personalized travel consulting for Cape Town and the Western Cape, including accommodation tips, activity suggestions, insider recommendations, and custom planning support. This is a personal consulting service, not a package holiday, travel agency service, or booking platform.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices for services are communicated in advance and include all applicable fees. Payment is due via bank transfer, TWINT, or another agreed method before the consultation.

4. Liability

I am not liable for changes to availability, opening hours, weather, or other external factors. All recommendations are based on personal experience and given in good faith, but without guarantee.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a session free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made later may be fully charged unless a valid reason is provided.

6. Privacy

All data shared with me will be treated confidentially and not shared with third parties. For more details, see the Privacy Policy.

7. Final Provisions

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
